Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Business StartUP PH, we aim to provide high-value, practical cafe startup training, operational spreadsheets, and fresh small-batch bakery products. We believe in transparency and fair transactions. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms across digital educational products, live consulting sessions, and fresh food items.

2. Digital Educational Packages (Basic & Advanced)

Our Basic Package (PHP 4,995) and Advanced Package (PHP 8,995) include instantly downloadable templates, SOP checklists, and on-demand video access.

• 7-Day Action-Based Guarantee: If within 7 calendar days of enrollment you feel the course content and materials do not deliver the foundational value described, you may request a refund by emailing us with your purchase receipt.
• Completed Access: Once all course downloadable materials and proprietary spreadsheets have been accessed, verified, or downloaded in full, requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to protect proprietary intellectual property.

3. 1-on-1 VIP Consulting Calls (PHP 2,500/hr)

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your reserved session at no additional cost by giving at least 24 hours advance notice before the scheduled slot.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the call are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments without prior notice cannot be refunded due to reserved founder calendar slots.

4. Fresh Bakery Items

Due to the perishable nature of handcrafted baked goods (such as sourdough, banana bread, croissants, and cookies), all sales are generally final once baked and dispatched.

• Order Cancellation: You may cancel a bakery order up until 4:00 PM on the day preceding the baking cycle for a full refund.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item or an order damaged during transit, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for an immediate replacement or full refund.
