1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website of Business StartUP PH ("Service"), enrolling in our educational courses or waitlists, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must refrain from using the Service.

2. Educational Services & Earnings Disclaimer

Our educational packages (including the Basic Package at PHP 4,995, Advanced Package at PHP 8,995, and 1-on-1 VIP Consulting at PHP 2,500/hr) provide practical frameworks, templates, and operational guidance based on our personal cafe-building experience.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary training materials, video tutorials, financial spreadsheets, checklists, SOPs, logos, and website copy are the exclusive intellectual property of Business StartUP PH and Slide Coffee PH. Purchasers receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only.

4. Bakery Ordering, Pickup & Delivery

Bakery items are handcrafted in small batches. Orders placed after 4:00 PM roll over to the next morning's bake cycle. Standard pickup and delivery hours operate from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and contact information.

5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Business StartUP PH, Slide Coffee PH, and their founders shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila.
